Bieber's biggest fan gets a surprise

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - A "Bieber Believer" got a big surprise from the pop star himself.
7-year-old Nevin is a cancer patient at Dayton's Children's. He is a huge fan of Justin Bieber.
Nevin even has a special name tag when he wears his Justin Bieber outfit and belts out a tune or two.
The teen idol sent him an autographed photo and his latest CD in which Nevin is already singing.
Nevin is still hoping the pop star will visit in person. Let's hope so, but we'll just have to wait and see.
