Art Institute ready for new restaurant

DAYTON, Ohio (DAYTON BUSINESS JOURNAL) - Dayton Business Journal: A new restaurant opening in Dayton marks a significant expansion for two members of the local business community.

The Dayton Art Institute will open its newly renovated $250,000 community space that combines its store, private dining room and an all-new restaurant, called Leo Bistro, in December.

The restaurant is a result of a partnership between the DAI and Veritas Foods, which operates Roost Modern Italian in the Oregon District. Dana Downs, executive chef at Roost, won the Best Chef in Dayton competition last year.
