CINCINNATI, Ohio (WDTN) - The Roman Catholic Archdiocese in Cincinnati is responding to a former Kettering teacher's lawsuit claiming discrimination.
It denies discriminating against Kathleen Quinlan and says her lawsuit should be dismissed. The response was filed Monday in federal court.
Quinlan sued the archdiocese in December 2012 claiming she was fired from her job at Ascension Catholic School because she was pregnant and unmarried. It says her firing was discriminatory because males who engage in premarital sex don't face the same consequences.
The archdiocese says Quinlan violated her contract and a morality clause. He lawyer says she is not subject to a morality clause.
The accident happened in the westbound lanes of U.S. 33 by Townline-Kossuth Road…
