HUBER HEIGHTS, Ohio (WDTN) - A 10-year-old boy who was abducted early Friday morning in Huber Heights was found safe in Greene County.

Police said 32-year-old Timothy T. Conatser took Jordan Johnson, 10, after a fight with the boy's mother.

Police said Conatser, who is the child's stepfather, had taken him to the Fairborn apartment of an aunt. The child was sleeping when police found him just before 6 a.m.

He was reunited with his mother at the Fairborn Police Department.

Conatser, who police said has a history of drugs and violence, was arrested and booked into the Montgomery County Jail on a felony domestic violence charge.

Detectives are meeting with the prosecutor's office to determine any additional charges will be filed.
