DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - The Montgomery County Courts say a Troy man is competent to stand trial while Miami County Courts aren't so sure.

Kenneth Brandt is accused of raping his three adopted sons and offering one up for sex over the internet.

This case spans two counties.

Montgomery County ruled him competent to stand trial Wednesday.

His trial in Miami County was just postponed so that further competency testing can be completed.

Two other men, Patrick Rieder Jason Zwick, are also charged in this case. Both are accused of answering Brandt's internet ad.
