MIAMI TOWNSHIP (WDTN) - Two people were injured when their scooter flipped in traffic on Alex-Bell Road near the intersection on Lamme Road Friday afternoon.
Witnesses told 2 NEWS a car cut-off the scooter, causing the scooter's driver to lose control.
Both the driver and his scooter passenger were injured. He was taken to a local hospital. She was treated at the scene. Both were wearing helmets. Their names have not been released.
Miami Township police are investigating.
