$1.4M building sold in Dayton

DAYTON, Ohio (DAYTON BUSINESS JOURNAL) - Dayton Business Journal: The company that sold the old Cooper Tire building to Heidelberg Distributing has bought the beer and wine distributing company’s current building in Dayton for almost $1.4 million, according to Montgomery County Auditor records.

The records state that 3601 Dryden LLC, the name of the corporation that sold the Cooper Tire building to Heidelberg, bought the property at 929 Deeds Ave. in Dayton for $1.35 million.
