'07 invasion suspect back in Dayton

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Update:  Bond was set for Patterson at $750,000.  His arraignment was continued.

The suspect in a deadly home invasion will finally go before a judge more than 5-years after the crime.

Troy Patterson was arrested in California and was just returned to Dayton for arraignment.

He faces several charges in the death of James Easterling who was shot and killed on West Hillcrest Avenue in October 2007.

Another man is already serving 30-years for his role.
