MIAMI COUNTY, Ohio (WDTN) - Two men are in custody, after troopers said they were pulled over for a routine traffic stop, then sped off.
It was just before 1:30 Thursday morning that troopers said the driver was changing lanes erratically and without a turn signal.
A chase began on I-75 south, north of Piqua after the driver tried to ditch police. It ended with stop sticks 25 miles down the highway in Tipp City.
Police in Tipp City are the ones who stopped the car, but at some points the chase reached speeds of more than 100 miles per hour.
Troopers identified the driver as Mack Dorsey, 21, and his passenger Davion Graves, 21. The two suspects were wanted for outstanding warrants in Montgomery County.
According to the Montgomery County Prosecutor's office, Dorsey was wanted on misdemeanor domestic violence and traffic cases. Graves was wanted for a violation of a possession of crack cocaine conviction.
No injuries were reported.
