Trial set for dad accused in sex case

TROY, Ohio (WDTN) - A Troy father accused of raping his three sons now has a trial date.
Kenneth Brandt, 39, will face a judge jury on October 2nd in Miami County.
He's also faces charges in Montgomery County.
Investigators say he adopted three boys from Texas, then abused them.
He is also accused of soliciting two other men online to have sex with one of the children.
Those men also face charges.
