TIPP CITY, Ohio (WDTN) - Tipp City School District is adding a 7.95 mill levy to next month's special election.
The five-year operating levy would cost the owner of a $100,000 property about $240 a year beginning in 2013.
School officials say if the measure doesn't pass, teachers and support staff will be let go, money for field trips will be cut and participation fees will go up.
A public meeting to discuss the levy in detail will be held Thursday at 7:00 p.m. at LT Ball Intermediate School.
