TROY, Ohio (WDTN) - Jarod Harrah, 39, Miami County maintenance supervisor, entered a guilty plea Tuesday in connection with a theft investigation.
Harrah pleaded guilty felony counts of theft in office, tampering with evidence and theft with evidence. He will be sentenced at a later date.
The prosecutor in the case asked the judge to sentence Harrah to concurrent sentences meaning the longest he would be behind bars would be three years. He also faces a $10,000 fine.
