Piqua outlines storm clean up options

PIQUA, Ohio (WDTN) - Piqua residents have several options for dealing with debris from the recent round of severe storms.
Residents with tree limbs and brush can place them at the street curb. The city asks that debris not be placed in alleys.
The City Compost Facility will be open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. every day this week except Wednesday. The facility offers free disposal of storm related trees and limbs—no building materials will be accepted.
The city’s INVOLVE program will coordinate volunteers to help residents who are physically unable to move limbs and tree branches from the storm. Residents seeking assistance are asked to call Bill Lutz at 778-2068.
