OSU freshman hit by car improves

TROY, Ohio (WDTN) - The Troy teen struck by a car near the Ohio State campus is now walking.
Rachel Stump's sister updated her recovery on Twitter Wednesday.
The freshman has been moved into Dodd Hall at OSU Medical Center which specializes in rehabilitation.
She is now walking again and has talked to her family on the phone.
Rachel was hit last month just three days after she arrived at OSU for her freshman year.
