BETHEL TWP., Ohio (WDTN) - The owner of a Bethel Township horse rescue now faces charges.
More than 125 animals were removed from the Serenity Horse Rescue on State Route 201 last month.
2 NEWS confirmed Thursday that Shula Woodworth is facing charges involving health code violations.
The horses, donkeys, goats, alpacas, pigs and other animals are now in the care of the Ohio Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. Some are also with foster families.
