Head-on collision kills 1, injures 3

TIPP CITY, Ohio (WDTN) - One person was killed and three others injured in an accident in Miami County Wednesday morning.
A woman who deputies described as in her 50s was pronounced dead at the scene on SR 571, just west of CR 25A.
They said she went left of center and struck a van being driven by a mother with her two children. They were taken a local hospital.
Deputies said both women were wearing seat belts and both children were riding in child seats.
They have not released the name of the woman killed, or the names and conditions of the mother and her children.
Investigators are still working to determine why the woman lost control of her car.
