TROY, Ohio (WDTN) - The Walmart in Troy was evacuated late Tuesday night after a trailer outside the store caught fire.
The trailer belonged to a contractor hired to clean refrigeration coils.
The fire started when the heater unit in the cleaning equipment malfunctioned, Troy Asst. Fire Chief Matt Simmons explained.
The store was evacuated as a precaution.
The fire caused $30,000 in damage to the contractors trailer and equipment.
