TROY, Ohio (WDTN) - A former Edison Community College employee learned his fate Tuesday in a Miami County courtroom.
Jack Kramer plead guilty to two felony counts charged against him after he profited from contracting his own company for the school.
The judge sentenced Kramer to two years of community control. Community control means he'll be under supervised custody, which is going to cost him 25 dollars per month.
Kramer must also has to attend any programing required by his parole officer and pay court costs and restitution of $9300 dollars.
