MIAMI COUNTY (WDTN) - The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) will be closing lanes on Interstate 75 Wednesday, Feb. 6 beginning at noon.

The lane closures will be in effect on I-75 northbound and southbound between SR 41 and Northwoods Boulevard.

The lane closures are necessary for crews removing loose concrete from overhead bridges.

ODOT Public Information Officer Mandi Abner said the closures will take place daily between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. (noon-3p.m. on Wed), and the affected lanes are scheduled to reopen to motorists Friday, Feb. 8 at 3 p.m.

Abner said two lanes of traffic will remain open to motorists in each direction at all times.
