XENIA, Ohio (WDTN) - Xenia City Schools held a dedication Sunday afternoon for two new elementary school buildings.

The ceremony was held at the new Arrowood and Cox Elementary School buildings.

On the final Friday before winter break, students will be transported to the new buildings, where they will deposit their belongings for the new year.

"The buildings are beautiful," said Superintendent Dr. Deborah Piotrowski. "The kids are going to be excited."

Students will begin 2013 in the new buildings.
