BEAVERCREEK, Ohio (WDTN) - A visitor at The Greene Town Centre in Beavercreek was robbed at gunpoint Monday night.

Police say the victim was driving his car on Beech Street behind Rave Motion Pictures when the suspect jumped in front of his car.

Police say Aaron Johnson, Jr., 18, walked up to the driver's window and pointed a gun at the victim. Police say he then demanded cash.

The victim immediately drove away to a secure area and called the police.

Johnson Jr. was found within minutes by the Kettering Police Department and turned over to Beavercreek officers.

He is in jail charged on a count of aggravated robbery. The case will be presented to a Greene County grand jury.

A handgun was recovered at the scene. No one was hurt.
