BEAVERCREEK,Ohio (WDTN) - The Dark Knight Rises in the Miami Valley.

The highly anticipated third film of the Batman trilogy opens at midnight at area theaters.

We caught up with fans lining up for the first showing at Rave Cinemas at The Greene Town Center in Beavercreek.

The Dark Knight Rises stars Christian Bale as the winged crusader and Anne Hathaway as Catwoman.

The fate of Batman is the big question. Does he die or not? Guess you'll have to see the movie to find out.
