BEAVERCREEK, Ohio (WDTN) - A Riverside mother accused of driving her kids to school while intoxicated had her day in court Wednesday.
Kimberly King pleaded guilty to OVI and child endangering.
Authorities say she drove her four kids to school while under the influence of pain killers.
Someone noticed King acting strangely and called Beavercreek Police. At the time, King blamed her behavior on a foot injury.
She could spend anywhere from 3 days to more than 6-years in prison. He could also accept a plea deal offered by the state.
The judge will decide in the next few weeks. Sentencing is scheduled for March 21st.
King's ex-husband has filed for full custody of their children.
The following people have recently been booked into Jail. They may not have been convicted of the crimes they are charged with and are innocent until proven guilty.
