WPAFB, Ohio (WDTN) - A lieutenant colonel employed at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base faces child abuse charges in Florida.
Dennis Jack, 41, was arrested Saturday, December 1 in Niceville according to published reports.
Officials say he commutes between the base and his Florida home.
He's accused of using exercise as a punishment for his two adopted children while they wore soiled diapers on their heads.
He also reportedly used a metal spatula to hit the two seven year olds.
Jack's wife, Tiffany Jack, also faces child abuse charges.
She's accused of making the children sit on the toilet for days and making them run until they vomited.
Both are out of jail on bond.
