SPRING VALLEY, Ohio (WDTN) - Fire broke out at a home in Spring Valley Friday morning.
Firefighters said heavy smoke and flames were visible when they arrived at 42 E. Walnut St. just after 8:30.
Crews from the Bellbrook, Xenia, Xenia Township, and Wayne Township fire departments were also called to the scene.
Neighbors told 2 NEWS photojournalist Kris Sproles the house had been purchased about six months ago and the owner was making renovations.
No one was in the house when the fire started.
