The company at 57 East Dayton-Yellow Springs Road provides call center services for other companies and has offices around the world. It already employs 550 workers at its Fairborn office.

The 100 jobs will be mostly full-time with some part-time. Teleperformance will train any new hires.

The jobs will pay $9.75 an hour after training and $8.75 an hour during training. Benefits are offered after 30 days.

With the added jobs the call center is increasing its hours of operation a day from 12 to 18.
