Cops: Internet hook-up attmepts robbery

XENIA, Ohio (WDTN) - Xenia Police are investigating a report of an attempted robbery at Shawnee Park Thursday afternoon.
A 60-year-old Centerville man told them he it happened when he came to Xenia to meet a woman he met on the internet.
She asked him to meet her at the park where he was approached by a male suspect that demanded money.
The victim said he was cut on the hand with a knife as the two men struggled.
The male suspect was last seen running from the park toward Smith Ave.
The female suspect was last seen running eastbound from the park.
