DAYTON, Ohio (DAYTON BUSINESS JOURNAL) - Dayton Business Journal: Private investors from California have made their first investment in the Dayton market with the purchase of a Buffalo Wild Wings in Beavercreek.

The investor, identified as Michael Sheehan and Diane M. Maage in Greene County Auditor records, bought the 6,000-square-foot building at 2776 Centre Drive for $1.93 million.

Jeff Johnston, Chris Prosser and Steve Timmel, all brokerage senior vice presidents with Colliers International, represented the seller, who did not want to be identified, but is listed as MV RG III in county records.
