XENIA, Ohio (WDTN) - Xenia police released a surveillance photo of a missing mother, taken the day she disappeared. The image shows Tiffany Tabor-Tehan using an ATM at Security National Bank on Allison Avenue in Xenia just before 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 17, 2010.
"That was something that was expected, for her to go to this ATM," said Captain Scott Anger, Xenia Police. "But it does help us a little bit more with her clothing that she was wearing at the time she disappeared."
Tehan went shopping at The Greene in Beavercreek, and was planning to attend a few rummage sales after, according to her husband, David Tehan. Tehan said he spoke to his wife on the phone at about 10 a.m., when she was leaving the shopping center. The young mother did not answer any phone calls to her cell phone after that time.
Kettering Police discovered Tehan's green 2000 Ford Explorer parked in a back lot at Indian Riffle Park the next morning. The truck's keys were inside, the doors were locked, and one of the tires was flat, police said.
Family members have been searching the park grounds, and a nearby wooded area since the disappearance.
