Police question man about homicide

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Dayton police are questioning a man about a teen's homicide.
Richard Benton was taken into custody Thursday evening.
He is being held in the Montgomery County Jail on federal drug charges, but detectives are asking him about the death of Delon Harvey, 18.
Harvey was gunned down behind the Westside Supermarket off Germantown Street in December.
