DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - A former probation officer for the Dayton Municipal Court entered guilty pleas Monday for stealing from his employers.
Douglas Lowe, 38, pleaded guilty to seven felony charges.
Investigators say he accepted payments of supervision fees during his work with the home detention program, but did not turn over the money.
Lowe kept the money for himself after manipulating the record books to cover up the crime.
He pleaded guilty to theft in office, tampering with government records and tampering with evidence.
Lowe is scheduled to be sentenced March 12th.
The following people have recently been booked into Jail. They may not have been convicted of the crimes they are charged with and are innocent until proven guilty.
