DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - A life line for the Miami Valley community was severed Tuesday.
2 News has learned that the fire support team, Box 21, is out of business.
A Box 21 spokesperson told 2 News the construction of a new building is what finally did it in.
Box 21 built a new building on Webster Street in Dayton when it outgrew a storage space at Island Park.
The spokesperson said they were over billed and had to deal with shoddy construction.
They said they sued the contractor, but in the meantime, Box 21's assets were frozen by PNC bank.
The shutdown means that Box 21 cannot continue serving the Miami Valley in its times of need.
The following people have recently been booked into Jail. They may not have been convicted of the crimes they are charged with and are innocent until proven guilty.
