Trial set for former sheriff

DARKE CO., Ohio (WDTN) - New information about the former Shelby County Sheriff facing serious charges in Auglaize County.
Dean Kimpel's trial is now set for May.
Kimpel is accused of raping, then firing former deputy, Jodi Van Fossen.
He resigned last year.
Kimpel is also awaiting trial in Shelby County on charges he misused a work computer.
