DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - A fugitive from New Hampshire wanted on two counts of sexual assault was caught in Darke County Wednesday morning.
U.S. Marshals tracked Jeffrey Spicer, 49, to New Weston, Ohio, where they stopped his car.
Spicer is wanted in New Hampshire on two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault of a minor and two additional counts of attempted aggravated sexual assault of a minor between the ages of 13 and 16.
Spicer was arrested without incident and taken to the Darke County Jail.
