RICHMOND, Ind. (WDTN) - A Darke County woman was arrested Dec. 21 on 12 counts of theft.

Tamyra Pressnall, 44 of Greenville, the former director of the JACY House in Richmond, Ind. is accused of making unauthorized purchases in Indiana and Ohio using JACY House accounts, according to Sgt. John Bowling of the Indiana State Police.  Bowling said the purchases totaled less than $5,000.

JACY House is a center used by Law Enforcement in investigations for child abuse and neglect, and it provides support and counseling to victims and families of such crimes.

Pressnall was relieved of her duties at the JACY House as the investigation began. She had been the director at JACY House since 2010.
