Five arrested for working meth lab

DARKE COUNTY, Ohio (WDTN) - Five suspects were arrested Tuesday in Darke County connected to a meth lab.

Investigators searched an early morning search warrant at 1024 State Route 571 looking for evidence.

They ended up dismantling what they call a working meth lab and collecting the evidence.

Five people were arrested. Christina Melchor, 34, Manuel Melchor, 33, and Bryant Rhoades, 21, lived at the house. Christopher Brock, 46, of Winchester, Indiana and Letisha Parker, 20, of Portland, Indiana were also arrested.

All are in the Darke County Jail on charges of illegal manufacture of methamphetamine and child endangering.

A 7-year old child was removed from the home at the time of the bust.
