Brookville man killed in crash in Darke County

ITHACA, Ohio (WDTN) - A Brookville man was killed in an accident in Darke County Friday morning.
According to deputies, it was just after 2:00 when Andreas L. Belt, 24, was southbound on Arcanum-Ithaca Road approaching the Village of Ithaca when he failed to negotiate a curve and struck a guardrail. His SUV then veered into the front yard of a residence, overturning and hitting two parked cars.
Belt was flown by CareFlight to Miami Valley Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
The accident remains under investigation by the Darke County Sheriff's Office.
