Darke County gets the brunt of storm

DARKE CO., Ohio (WDTN) - Darke County saw some of the worst of the storm. It issued a Level 3 emergency, closing roads to all, but emergency personnel.
2 NEWS reporter Pam Elliot spent the entire day on Darke County roads to file this report.
