SPRINGFIELD, Ohio (WDTN) - A Wittenberg professor is accused of rape and kidnapping.

The second incident in August 2012 had similar accusations that the professor threatened to shoot his alleged victim, then raping him.
The most recent incident was recorded in October of 2012. Adrien is accused of hitting a 17-year old boy in the head and dragging him into his car. The teenager was able to escape.
Wittenberg Provost, Dr. Christopher Duncan, tells us Adrien is an assistant professor in the languages department. He teaches a French class.
He started at Wittenberg in August 2011 and is currently on unpaid leave pending the investigation.
Adrien is charged with two counts of rape and two counts of kidnapping. He pleaded not guilty in court Wednesday. He is being held on $500,000 bond for the two sex assault cases and $100,000 for the attempt.
