CLARK COUNTY, Ohio (WDTN) - A flipped-on-its-side semi caused a major problem for some drivers in Clark County Thursday.
Troopers told 2 NEWS it was about 3:30 a.m. when the driver of a tanker truck fell asleep, hit the guardrail, then overcorrected.
The truck was carrying 54,000 pounds of raw milk to a plant in Enon when the accident happened.
The crash forced officials to shut down the ramp from eastbound Interstate 70 to State Route 4 for most of the day while crews pumped the milk into another tanker and cleared the scene.
The driver was not hurt, but he was cited with failure to control.
