PLEASANT TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WDTN) - Fire officials confirmed one person was found dead inside a mobile home that was on fire in Clark County late Thursday night.

Smoke billowed from the roof of 83 Banyon Drive in Pleasant Township some time around 11:30 p.m.

We're told a man lived inside the mobile home, but officials couldn't identify him as the victim at this time.

Jim Butler, a neighbor, told us "There was a fire here back in August also. His kitchen caught on fire, and they saved it then. But not this time."

The State Fire Marshal was investigating the cause of the fire.
