SPRINGFIELD, Ohio (WDTN) - The Clark County Deputy's Office says a theft suspect got away with it once, but wasn't as fortunate the second time.
Shawn Leach, 26, of Springfield, is charged with breaking and entering and theft.
Deputies say he stole a truck load of scrap metal from Kenny Adams Heating and Air on Selma Pike Monday.
The business owner called police again Thursday when they say they saw Leach load up another truck and take off.
Deputies caught up with Leach at a recycling business where they say he was trying to sell the stolen property.
Leach is now in the Clark County Jail awaiting a court appearance.
