SPRINGFIELD, Ohio (WDTN) - A graduate of Springfield Catholic Central High School was killed after a fall in Peru.
Rachel Ianni, 26, was touring the famed Inca citadel of Machu Picchu when she fell into a ravine.
Police say her body was found January 1 some five hours after the fall.
Several sources say Ianni was a graduate of Wittenberg University and Springfield Catholic.
Her high school class of 2004 has set up a fundraising site for her family at the GoFundMe website.
Her classmates say she was a fun loving person with a generous spirit.
