Spfld man indicted for raping woman

SPRINGFIELD, Ohio (WDTN) - A Springfield man is behind bars accused of raping a woman at gunpoint.
A Clark County Grand Jury indicted Duane Portman, Sr. on charges of rape and kidnapping.
Investigators say he attacked the victim inside of his Main Street Business.
The pair then wrestled over the gun and the victim shot him.
Portman is expected in court on Thursday.
