SPRINGFIELD, Ohio (WDTN) - A man was formally charged Tuesday by a Clark County grand jury for a crash that killed a retired police officer.
Christopher Stewart, 48, faces charges of aggravated vehicular homicide and OVI.
Bill Parks, 60, was riding his motorcycle July 7, 2012 when he was hit and killed. Springfield Police say riding was what he loved to do most.
Parks was a 16-year veteran of the Springfield Police Division.
