SPRINGFIELD, Ohio (WDTN) - A Clark County mother was sentenced Tuesday for child endangering.

Sherry Alspaugh was arrested last year after neighbors found her three-year-old child in the middle of Belmont Avenue in Springfield.

She pleaded guilty and was sentenced to two years of probation, 80 hours of community service and 30 days of house arrest with electronic monitoring.

She must also attend Alcohol Anonymous classes and isn't allowed near children without supervision.
