SPRINGFIELD, Ohio (WDTN) - A Medway man was injured in a one car crash in Clark County Friday morning.

According to the the Ohio State Highway Patrol’s investigation, at approximately 4:23 a.m., Eric J. Kiss, 20, was driving his 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse westbound on Schiller Road at an unsafe speed when he failed to stop at the intersection at Lake Road.

Kiss's car traveled across the lawn at 2251 Lake Road and smashed into the porch of that house.

Kiss was taken to Miami Valley Hospital by Bethel Township E.M.S. for treatment.

Troopers said alcohol was a factor in the crash.
