Man arrested for eighth OVI offense

GERMAN TWP., Ohio (WDTN) - A Springfield man has been arrested for an eighth time on OVI charges.
Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers arrested Carlos G. Holwell January 19th after a car crash on Willowdale Road in German Township.
He is scheduled into court January 27th to face the charges.
The OSP urges anyone who spots an impaired driver to call it's toll free hotline at 1-800-GRAB-DUI or 1-800-877-7PATROL.
