SPRINGFIELD, Ohio (WDTN) - An escapee from the Highland County Jail, recently caught in Clark County, faced arraignment Monday morning.
Gerald Fletcher is one of two inmates who escaped while working a kitchen detail Nov. 12, 2012.
The second inmate, Robert Gibson caught later that same day in Highland County.
Fletcher was tracked to Springfield through the GPS coordinates of a cellular phone in his possession. He was taken into custody Nov. 17 by Springfield Police.
Fletcher was being held for failure to appear for court. His original charge was misdemeanor theft.
Gibson was being held on a probation violation after being charged with purchasing of pseudoephedrine in excess to the legal limit.
