GERMAN TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WDTN) - A former German Township firefighter pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges involving a teenager.

Robert Oldham pleaded guilty in Clark County Municipal Court Friday to charges of unlawful restraint and furnishing alcohol to a minor.  A rape indictment was dismissed.

WDTN.com broke the story in July 2010.  Oldham was originally accused of raping a 19-year old woman at a house party on Penny Pike in German Township.

He served as both a police officer and firefighter in that community at the time.

Oldham faces six months in jail and a $1000 fine when he is sentenced January 15.
